  Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
     
  Duties:
- Provide a high level of professional, competent telephone and onsite support to customers in post-sales situations.
 
- Maintain customer satisfaction according to the current levels of measurements for this position.
 
- Maintain a high level of technical product knowledge in the specified software products and become knowledgeable in new products as assigned.
 
- Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, vendors and other employees at all times.
 
   
 
   
  Requirements: -
- Commitment to work staggered support hours if required and focus on results within deadline.
 
- Strong working knowledge of all Windows platforms (Win/98, Win/NT, WIN/2000, Win/XP,..).
 
- Ability to configure and troublshoot:
• Lotus Domino/Notes (Email, Web, Application servers)
• Microsoft Backoffice server (IIS, SQL, Exchange, Proxy)
• LAN/WAN, ISDN, DSL, T1, VPN, Hubs & Routers
• Citrix Metaframe knowledge a plus
 
- Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
 
- Strong aptitude for problem solving.
 
- Strong sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
 
- Dependable, well organized and pay special attention to details.
 
- Post-secondary education in computer technologies with MCSE certification.
