support to customers in post-sales situations.

a high level of technical product knowledge in the specified
software products and become knowledgeable in new products as
assigned.

Requirements: |

Commitment to work staggered support hours if required and focus on results within deadline.

Strong working knowledge of all Windows platforms (Win/98, Win/NT,
WIN/2000, Win/XP,..).

Ability to configure and troublshoot:
Lotus Domino/Notes (Email, Web, Application servers)
Microsoft Backoffice server (IIS, SQL, Exchange, Proxy)
LAN/WAN, ISDN, DSL, T1, VPN, Hubs & Routers
Citrix Metaframe knowledge a plus
